ParityEdge Terms of Service

1. Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, integrating, or creating an account on ParityEdge ("Service", operated by ParityEdge Inc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Lookup Quotas, Tiering & Fair Usage

ParityEdge provides dynamic purchasing power parity lookups across global edge points of presence. Subscriptions include defined monthly lookup allowances:

• Hobby (Free): Up to 10,000 edge lookups per month.
• Pro ($29/mo): Up to 100,000 edge lookups per month with custom CSS and coupon overrides.
• Scale ($99/mo): Up to 1,000,000 edge lookups per month with priority KV propagation and dedicated SLA.

If your application exceeds monthly quota limits, edge responses continue serving baseline non-discounted pricing until the quota refreshes or an upgrade is applied.

3. Domain Whitelisting & Acceptable Use

To protect your edge quotas and prevent unauthorized usage, you agree to:

• Whitelist only domains owned or operated by your organization.
• Refrain from attempting to reverse-engineer, DDoS, or disrupt edge gateway networks.
• Avoid using the service to distribute deceptive pricing banners or fraudulent discount schemes.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Billing Settings portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle with no cancellation penalties.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

ParityEdge strives for 99.9% uptime on standard tiers and 99.99% uptime on Scale/Enterprise tiers, backed by Cloudflare Workers multi-datacenter Anycast redundancy.

6. Limitation of Liability & Contact
